I am a Deputy Manager and Head of Operations large Main branch at QNB , the largest private sector bank in Egypt and a leading financial institution in the Middle East and Africa. With over 15 years of experience in the banking sector, I have developed a solid expertise in banking operations, auditing, compliance, and ATM management, as well as managerial skills that enable me to lead and inspire my team.As a result of my leadership and teamwork, my operations unit has achieved high performance levels of service and operations, exceeding 150% of the normal KPI and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. I also ensure the highest standards of quality and integrity in my branch, acting as an internal auditor, a compliance officer, and a money laundering correspondent.
