Head of operations -Main large corporate Branch-Manage, plan, and coordinate business activities of the Operations unit of the branch to ensure that efficient and effective services are provided to customers in several operating areas:- Act as an internal auditor to the branch operations-- Maintain branch accounting and prepare periodic reports- Act as the compliance officer and money laundering correspondent of the branch. Coordinate the diverse work within operations unit and with other departments in the branch. Ensure customer focus to develop bank business.-supervise ,develop and train operations officers,head of cash &Tellers to assume varied responsibilities in the area of operation and maintain team spirit within my Team- Solve unusual problems arising from customers that require good judgment and on-the-spot decisions -Review and monitor branch expenses and charges. Review internal controls regarding segregation of duties, authorization of entries, opening of accounts, reconciliation, assignment of work, and security of payment systems.-Analyze branch annual budget profitability in coordination with the Branch Manager-Review and/or examine documents presented under different transactions.-Recommend new services and procedures. Plan for business unit needs in terms of volume projections, number of accounts, daily transactions, overdraft processing, and different customer statements.-Manage all Purchasing and Logistic issues- Review and monitor branch expenses and charges. Review internal controls regarding segregation of duties, authorization of entries, opening of accounts, reconciliation, assignment of work, and security of payment systems.- member in the branch credit committee.- Contribute to the branch profitability through effective operations management and excellent service- Monitor and control work flow to improve productivity. 4/2009 -Now Senior Banker at NSGB(National Societe Generale bank)promoted to senior banker , and have more responsibilities since April 2009till now8/2007 - 4/2009 Banker at NSGB(National Societe Generale bank) working at operations department-cash unit and responsible for all cash operations transactions.also i am in charge of preparing some auditing reports related to other departments according to the bank permanent supervision system ,assist colleagues in other departments i am also have experience in other departments that located in branches

auditing company revenues and make adjusting entries ,was searching for documents that not recorded at the accounting system to record it.
