• Assess of potential Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in various sectors, provide added-value ideas and solutions to SMEs on export development, and how to expand their businesses, diagnose SMEs and conduct needs.
• Manage and assist in selecting and organizing specific and specialized trade shows, trade missions, and linkages to support SME and Business Support Organizations - BSOs activities in international markets.
• Assist SMEs management in selecting the appropriate training courses for them and their staff.
• Develop a Scope of Work, budget and terms of reference, according to donor’s regulations for the type and level of business development services needed by the SME.
• Perform the evaluation and selection of service providers ensuring the best quality service delivery, and ensuring performance quality during implementation.
• Provide performance tracking data to management, including service costs, number of services provided, and the number of services pending for all sector clients.

• Build and develop mutual relationships with granting parties and countries.
• Conduct research & studies on development areas, that has contributed in the Government’s decision making process.
• Collaborate in creating good relations with international Donors.
• Provide financial and technical support for developmental projects through aid programs and loans.
• Participate in negotiations such as the Jordan-German negotiations through formal correspondence, meetings, reporting and diligent follow-up.
• Arrange for the signing of several international agreements.
