• Daily check on Huawei core equipments (MSC,MGW,GW).• Daily check on NSN core equipments (MSC,SGSN,MGW).• Daily check on Alcatel core equipments (RCP,SSP,SDM).• Make daily backup for VAS equipment (SDP, AIR, Adaption).• Reporting for performance, faults and alarms for the core equipments.• scheduled back-up for all Mobinil switches (33 switches till now) elements (RCP, HLR, SSP, and OMC) and solve its problems in night actions• Solving the call problems (Cross talk, silent call, congestion troubles), supporting customer complains 24 h/7days.• Hard ware trouble shooting (Change electronic cards, faulty PCM...).

 Work Tasks as follow:  Hardware installation for BSC6900,and BSC6000 and RNC6810 Configuration, commissioning and integration for BSC6900,BTS3900, DBS3900 Troubleshooting during the BSC commissioning and BTS swap Hardware acceptance and service acceptance for BSC6900 Software upgrade for BSC and BTS  Monitor the functionality of the system for mobile communication network. Performing first and second line maintenance, tests, diagnoses of faults. Identification of alarms and alarm handling. Ensuring escalation of faults and maintenance records Give a training on BSC6900 configuration in the training center Give a training on BSC6900 operation and maintenance in the training center  24/7 shifts

 BSS Engineer  Job tasks are as follow: - Starting from surveying the BSS sites & delivers the equipments to the configured site.-routing of the E1’s from BSC to site Installing BTS’s [Mcell6, HORIZON & HORIZON ll macro, mini & micro cell ARENA) in GSM900 and DCS1800 frequency bands. Commission & calibrating the equipments to enhance the network quality parameters like (path balance, call drop rate, handover & IOI) Check all internal and external alarms and making general Audit of the sites and test the RF cables by (Site MASTER) to measure the VSWR values and enhance these values by fixing the faulty cables Install and commission MOTOROLA (BSC’s and Tran coders and PCU’s) and make the acceptance for them with the customer. BSS Team leader Job tasks are as follow: - lead about twelve engineers to do A/m BSS engineers tasks Support the team in the technical issues  Make meeting to define roles and responsibilities and try to develop problem solving process get support from executives to the Team  Execute mangers directions reach the to the team and report’s conclusions
