Care Tasks:-Handling standard support ticket as Level 2 support engineer for IP cisco and Juniper products (Catalyst 6500, Catalyst 7600, CISCO ASR 1000, Juniper EX4500/4600, Juniper MX960, Juniper SRX3600, Juniper SRX5800).-Log and Support Information analysis to find out root causes of faced problems in live networks.-Handling Emergency cases to face critical incident while ensuring minimum downtime on the live network.-Scheduling and performing Software and Hardware upgrade of cisco and juniper dual REs platforms running in cluster mode with minimum downtime.-Performance monitoring and capacity extension of traffic flooding as well as service processing in all IP nodes in Live networks.Network Integration Tasks:-Integrating new Packet switching nodes in Ooredoo Enhanced Packet Core:  Integration of MME and its associated logical interfaces.  Integration of SAEGW and its associated logical interfaces.  Integration of RAN Sec solution in the LTE Ooredoo network based on Insta-Certifier server and SRX5800 chassis cluster of two nodes.  Integration of HSS servers and its associated logical interfaces.-Implementation of customer requested services in its network (Google and Facebook traffic caching, monitoring platforms, IOT test implementation,)
