Responsible for carrying out the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly inspection routines for *four Tube Mills, and Six ventomatic packing machine*

- Measure and monitor equipment conditions, analyze trends, and identify the needs for maintenance (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and civil works), considering production constraints._ Contribute to the best level of performance of plant’s equipment.- Apply the LOTOTO procedures for the scheduled machine and any other PM activities to ensure safe and smooth.- Issuing work requests to the preparation team to prepare the required spare parts and to the mechanical team to carry out the requested job according to inspection results.- Participate in the root cause study for any problem.- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the condition of all plant equipment on a continuous basis.- Monitor and co-ordinate condition predictors, for all critical equipment- Validate and update equipment specification files and history sheets.- Evaluate and improve the preventive maintenance job plans (from supplier’s recommendation if existing), create and update the corresponding inspection job plans, in coordination with the planner.- Issuing the daily, weekly, monthly, yearly inspection route.- Responsible for carrying out the daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly inspections for plant equipment.- Create HAC & Location numbers with long descriptions for all Equipment.- Create Preventive Maintenance Master Plan with Master Calendar for all equipment.- Preparation (Visual 1st level, Specific) Inspection Report for major equipment.- Responsible for Lubrication Procedures.- Monitor oil analysis program.- Using Working through vibration pen, CSI 2130 and SKF CX Microlog analyzer.
