Accounting training and working on Excel and QuickBooks according to the USA market

• Routes or cases all classes of mail in sequence of delivery along an established route. Deliver and collect mail on foot or by vehicle under varying road and weather conditions in a prescribed area; maintains professional and effective public relations with customers and others, requiring a general familiarity with postal laws, regulations, products and procedures commonly used.• Reports to supervisor all unusual incidents or conditions relating to mail delivery.

• Count all products compared to the manifest. Compare brands, amount, quality, labeling and address with customers order to make sure their orders are complete and accurate.• Report any short, sub item and receivables.

-Established new effective system.-Manage the cash flow, Supervise the procedures and the teamwork, Review the loan data base system (SQL enhanced program designed for loan units) and design and modify any needed books or excel sheet- Report the association the donors with the target and the achievements,

-Holding projects and loans programs accounting books. coordinating with project’s activities and project fund.-Reporting current or possible donations and reporting management with budget expenses and remaining - Auditing other association for a USAID program,( Education Reform Program ).

-Responsible of activities cash- Help in some accounting books,-Coordinate with some related governmental ministries.

-Creating data sheets for proposed customers-Offer personal loans for customers and fill in applications by phone.-Follow up the application acceptance to achieve monthly target.
