• Provides Simulation support, pursues organizational Mission by using Simulation training to orientate new employees and sharpen old hospital employee skills in low frequency but high risks procedures.
• Maintains proficiency in existing and emerging Simulation technology trends, including basic theory, sharing knowledge with Medical and Nursing personnel.
• Acts as a role model to Simulation participants, providing support and guidance in Simulation issues.
• Maintains professional skills and refine expertise through appropriate educational and developmental activities and professional affiliation.
• Develops working relationship with Physicians, Nurses and Support services within the organization as well as other Simulation Centers, educational advisors and research organizations.
• Gives instruction to Simulation Center users in terms of anatomy and physiology of the simulators, procedure technique and implementation.

Saudi Arabia

• To provide direct clinical support, instruction and supervision.
• Assist the orientation to the clinical areas.
• Conduct clinical assessment of staff on the unit.
• Actively participate in performance management of staff including remedial teaching, as directed by the head nurse.
• Assist in the training needs identified by person/practice development plans.
• To support with clinical supervision, personal development plans for RNs within the unit under the guidance of the head nurse.
