-Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of the hardware and software of VAS nodes (SMSC, MMSC, ADM, Etopup, Mobicash, Bulk SMS, Alerting Services, SDP etc)-Implementation and configuration of different VAS solutions-Coordinate integration activities between the VAS solutions with the core network, the LAN, the charging systems and the third party content providers.-Ensure timely delivery of content through VAS solutions.-Second level support for customer care.-Ensure timely backups of all the important data in the VAS nodes.-Apply solutions to enhance system performance.-Checking all known system KPIs. -Assessment for Low Level Design & High Level Design solution. -Several in-house developed for scripts & configurations. -Adjusting acceptance documents for new projects.-Checking System configuration.
