- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.- Prepare & present appropriate incentive plans to Company Owner and Management to motivate employees and employee retention.

- Achieve Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly Targets by making sales of the products. - Welcome customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.- Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.- Advise customers by providing information on products.- Help customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.- Document sale by creating or updating customer profile records.- Process payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.- Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.- Manage inventory of all the products by keeping the counts of quantity of products updated in the records. - Order new products and existing products to ensure store is equipped with enough stock all the times.- Manage Deliveries and Receivables of the products.
