• Prepare invoices per customer or contract requirements per schedule as assigned.
• Monitor outstanding A/R and communicate with Account owner to facilitate next steps, follow up as needed.
• Proactively update invoicing schedules upon order receipt.
• Review contracts for invoicing requirements, ensuring that schedules and procedures ensure deliverables are met by deadlines.
• Review regularly billing contract value equals order intake, research and communicate as needed to ensure corrections are timely.
• Review cash position and determine reasons for balances and following-up to limit exposure.

• Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices and account statements to customers
• Own the billing and accounts receivable module setup for each customer, ensuring that all components are correctly mapped to the general ledger.
• Analyze outstanding customer balances and maintain good working relationships with customers and internal business partners to resolves collection disputes.
• Responsible for preparation of monthly account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Continuously evaluating processes and procedures.
• Evaluate credit worthiness of potential customers using a variety of tools and analytics.

• Adjust the receivable accounts with the related GL accounts.
• Analyze the accrual accounts like Freight, Customs & Clearance and Insurance.
• Control containers loading (Related with customer financial status).
• Control freight companies’ dues (Related with every company credit limit and grace period).
• Control affiliated companies’ accounts and local clients’ accounts like catering sector (Hotels, Restaurants, KFC Egypt, MacDonald’s, Egypt air, MFO, Accor Group, Aprotel group, Hilton group, Mo’men group and others).
• Follow up on government subsidy for exports and banking facilities granted to the export invoices.
