When I knew that in the absence of sugar, the liver produces ketones first to feed the brain, I engaged my brain in extreme mental focus and activity through trading binary options on 1-minute charts; 60 second decision-making window regarding the price action of a currency pair.So in addition to cutting the time needed to get into ketosis by 40%, I was able to hone my binary options trading skills that allowed me to manually trade 1min binary options on May 28th, 2020 from 13:33 - 17:28 UTC+2 racking in 60.27% profit in 4 hours through executing 170 consecutive flash trades on the Eurodollar with a $100 starting capital and pulled that off through a flow state hack and sleep deprivation for one night; and the only proof that I was a human being was that the platform I was trading on at the time didn’t allow bots. I also deliberately lost these profits by executing losing trades, went back to $100 again, and made the same profits; more or less, albeit in a 24 hour time frame, on one Eurodollar trade with a 1:500 leverage; to prove a point to regulatory bodies with a prejudice towards binary options; in practice, not only theory, if needed.
