- Contact customers to generate business opportunities from assigned leads and qualify interested homeowners.- Interested prospects are screened to ensure they fit the criteria for our US team to begin acquisitions of their homes.- Document & report lead outcome via CRM.- Follow up on pending leads and adhere to required daily target.

- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process and registration.- Manage all interviews process starting by screening, scheduling interviews, attending and booking the final round interview with the top management.- Responsible for organizing recruitment related activities: signing the contracts, giving out handbooks, coordinating training, updating recruitment statuses and giving inductions.- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need, and update our database.

- Conduct phone interviews and coordinate with the accepted candidates the interview process.- Conduct face-to-face interviews, fill evaluation sheets, document interview results for future analysis and prepare rejected candidates for another interview vacancy.- Follow up on the accepted candidates until being hired from the client side.
