Prepare property submittal package including RE AC-21, Payment Request, Lease Agreement, etc. Uploads payment requests in Invoice Automated Network (IAN) system, follows up on the requests, and picks up payment checks. Uploads all closing documents in FLS Electronically file closing documents in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saint repository. Records building status of lease-in referencing before and after remodeling conditions and archiving them to enable future use in estimating and determining the scope of work to be done during lease return. Track PM travels and reports on vehicle mileage and projects visited monthly. Prepares and submits an integrated Project Monitoring Tool analysis on assigned projects to PMs for management decisions.
