My responsibilities include performing technical reports, coordinating necessary training, and governing maintenance and overhauls of the aircraft's mechanical components from various scopes.

I lead an international project involving Spain, Egypt, and Tunisia under the SwitchMed initiative. This initiative aims to promote a circular economy in the southern Mediterranean by transforming the production and consumption of goods and services. It provides tools and services to the private sector, supports an enabling policy environment, and facilitates information exchange among partners and key stakeholders.In my role, I had the honor of guiding this significant project from the negotiation phase, where I engaged in discussions about various aspects, to leading the on-ground implementation process. My job included coordinating marketing efforts, aligning project objectives, connecting with the right partners, and finally selecting the winners of the initiative. The project funded the implementation of four successful ideas that met the partners' needs in Egypt and Tunisia.

My role includes researching scientific and social topics, writing elaborate and scientifically sound challenges in Arabic and English, including background information and technical criteria of expected solutions, evaluating solutions by quality and innovator's qualifications (engineers, researchers, etc.), and evaluating proposed challenges and innovations to be published on the platform.
