Responsible for the electrical engineering of international projects. The Projects consists out of electrical systems and documentation for mainly non-residential buildings. Tasks:- Planning- Budget control- Several calculations- Leading a small project team- Communication with customers/third parties- Calculation of engineering budgets

Responsible for the Engineering department at the Croon branch in Warsaw.The department is meanly working on electrical engineering for large utility projects.The office is a relative new department within Croon Elektrotechniek and I have the privilege to develop this new chapter in the long Croon history. My job is, together with my employees, to change this department into a full member of the respected Croon Elektrotechniek family.

As a project engineer I was responsible for electrical engineering and control system for world wide projects.- Translate customer demands into a working and profitable projects.- Participate in new developments.- Outsourcing engineering (hard and soft-ware) to third parties.- Develop systems for cost pricing and pre-engineering.- Introducing new technology into the company- Introducing of the e-plan system and setup the engineering department from strictly outsourcing to own engineering (Keep the important knowledge in the company). - programming PLC systems, human machine interfaces and setup industrial networks.- prepare onsite installation of the projects all over the world.Working for Haffmans BV was for me a great pleasure, the people (the biggest asset of a company) working for Haffmans BV are very professional and fun to work with. In the beginning I wrote operation and maintenance manuals for the currency disintegration systems which where engineered and build by Kusters Engineering.Than I developed to electrical engineering of the currency disintegration systems with the software tool Electrical Designer.
