The Amsterdam Research Project (ARP) is a student non-profit consultancy team, which is affiliated with the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. ARP offers businesses a unique opportunity to retrieve tailor made market insights in upcoming economies. With 19 other Master students we acquired five different Dutch Partners to do research for in Peru. However in March 2020 Covid-19 did not allowed us to travel. In the period from October 2019 till February 2020, we had been busy cold calling, writing research proposals, and conducting desk research for partners. Taking part of the board as the chairman I learned a lot and enjoyed working together with same minded people, they are also the ones that helped my in guiding the project to a succes.

Performed a rigorous analysis on Sortiva current plastic recycling line to develop a new recycling line with a goal of recycling 20.000 Kg ton plastics per year. Writing an implementation plan for setting up a new recycling line in order to achieve that goal.

Completed a research on production filter candles following the Food Grade EC1935/2004. Giving the management an implementation plan on setting up a new producten line following the Food Grade guidelines.

Conducted market research for potential opportunities in the vibration dampers industry. Sorting out all of the market prices for all of the sizes and made competitive prices and wrote an strategy plan for entering promising markets.
