Currently I'm working on the transition of a pension fund to AZL. With my colleguages I'm responsible for a correct implementation in our systems and for a proper ongoing exploitation of the administration. Besides that I replace one of our coordinators who's on maternity leave. With the team we take care of the daily work as well as several projects for our customer. I connect with the other departments on a regular basis in order to intensify the internal cooperation.

I've held several positions during my traineeship:- PMO officer: supporting the program and project management on a program to increase efficiency in the IT Department;- Project manager: I managed a project in which we introduced a new portal for all employers joining one of the 15 pension funds which were in scope. We dismantled the old servers and switched the employers to the new portal including all internal and external communication to support this process and to keep the continuous datastream intact.- Backoffice Employee* I supported the transition manager in the onboarding process of a new pension fund to AZL;* Coordinator of the team that was working on the administration of this new customer;* Backoffice employee to learn the standard adminstrative processes and to make a process analysis of two departments in order to stimulate organizational learning and provide best practices of the teams.

I'm responsible for attracting students who want to tutor our clients in and around Maastricht. Therefore I select candidates for the interviews and hire the top students in collaboration with my collegues in Nijmegen. My goal is to build and maintain a pool of top students to provide the best support for our high school clients.

For the Organizational Learning and Development course, we were challenged to conduct a casestudy. For our analysis, we chose LIOF, a government initiated investment bank to stimulate the economic development in the province of Limburg.We assessed the depth of learning within LIOF and how organizational learning is organized within the firm. We reported the results to the project manager who supported us.

During my internship I studied how Frencken Scholl Architecten should position itself in the changing Dutch construction sector in order to stay competitive. Furthermore I investigated how the organization can display it's unique position externally as well as internally in order to strengten employees' commitment.Therefore I wrote a Vision document on the future role of the architect based on an analysis of the Dutch construction sector. These findings were combined with existing internal studies.Secondly, I wrote a communication plan on which Frencken Scholl can build further in order to structure and improve its internal and external communication.
