In this position I work together with great people within our company from various disciplines to create new solutions that have a high impact on our company and its product. In this position I am not part of the 'daily Product team' anymore; however besides the strategical projects (which I spend most time on), I am also supporting the Product team on some specific matters in which I can be of added value for them.

Although I was formally a manager, I loved working together with my team working on:♦ New product releases. Making sure all available product information is gathered, structured and documented. Internal communication towards different departments in the organization, making sure each department receives the for them relevant information. Translating technical product into functional and "what's in it for me" for the customer. Contributing to client manuals, instructional videos, product sheets and other client communication. Initiating training & webinars about new products.♦ Managing existing products. Collecting feedback from clients and departments within our organization. Structuring possible improvements and advising management on improvements. Evaluating product releases / clients use of products with marketing and taking action based upon analysis.♦ Product support: Helping other departments within our organization with questions or cases which can not be documented. Advising consultancy & support in complex cases. Assisting sales with pre-sales consultancy in complex trajectories (tenders, RFI's, RFP's, etc).♦ Product development: Contributing to product development process in product research, product design, product development, product testing and product delivery.

These projects vary from basic implementation projects for small recruiting firms to large tailor made implementations for large recruiting firms or corporates. Recent projects of the 100+ customers I have implemented include projects for brands like A.S. Watson Group, VNU Media, Rijksoverheid, transavia.com & Hotelschool The Hague.♦ Advising existing customers at various levels (usage of our recruitment system, recruitment processes in general, website Search Engine Optimization & usability, Web analytics and data conversion).♦ Training recruitment professionals in both usage of our software (basic & advanced) and other skills (Search Engine Optimization, Workflow management, etc).♦ Developing new software features (from writing functional design to testing final product).

Creyf's Uitzendbureau is a Dutch nationwide job office agency with over 90 branch offices and over 450 employees who make sure tens and thousands of people have jobs every day.During my time at Creyf's I was responsible for setting up a new branch office in the European Distribution center of the leading US sportswear and footwear retailer. Together with my colleagues we set up recruitment procedures, machinery of internal consultation, excellent job pool management and implemented new systems. Thanks to our methodical way of working and our persistence, our branch office grew from non-being to the leading in house branch office of Creyf's.Besides my efforts in building the branch office, I was also very active in other parts of the organisation. This includes being chairman of the Works Council, member of the Central Works Council of our stock market listed controlling company (USG People), editor of our company magazine, member of various working parties and being part of the committee which helped Creyf's receiving the title Temporary Employment Agency of 2008.

For 40 years ASA Studenten Uitzendbureau has been the leading specialist in finding higher educated students part time jobs, study related jobs and starter position. With over 20 offices in the largest student cities of the Netherlands, ASA employs over 50.000 students every year.During my five years at ASA Studenten Uitzendbureau I worked at more than half of their 20+ branch offices. If a branch office was low on capacity, I was deployed at that office to help them on handling their peaks. Because each branch offices had both similar and different ways to approach matters, this taught me many best practices in recruitment. On a personal level, changing my working environment that frequently taught me on being flexible and on adapting quickly to changes and different situations.
