Having worked in three different countries with vastly different subjects, teams and challenges I would say that I have build myself a broad base to stand on. Both as a leader and as a specialist I have always worked very well with the people around me. I believe trust and openness are the key to building a strong and valuable relation within your team. I believe in opportunities given to people who are capable and willing and will look beyond their diploma on the wall, because I was given those same growth opportunities. Having worked both in retail, supply and development organizations I have built the capabilities and understanding to work across a complex value chain.Having worked with insights and data analysis for several years I have found myself to be a strong communicator, capable of simplifying complex information and tuning it for the relevant audience.I have experience with managing several change processes, the most prominent one turning around a very resistant and negative team into a positive environment where the change was embraced and improved.
