Je wil als organisatie je resultaten behalen en klaar zijn voor de toekomst. Dat vraagt vaak veel en daar zet ik me dagelijks als (interim) manager HR voor in. Veranderingen volgen elkaar snel op, voorzien en onvoorzien. In organisaties zelf, in de maatschappij, technologie, wet- en regelgeving , om een paar te noemen. Daarom vind ik het HR-vak belangrijk en interessant, want verandering leidt tot vooruitgang, verbetering en groei. Om dat te realiseren heeft iedere medewerker een cruciale bijdrage. Daarin denk ik mee en weet ik wat er in een organisatie speelt en ben omgevingsbewust. Bij (HR) transformaties betrek ik de relevante stakeholders en zorg voor draagvlak. Daarnaast vind ik leiderschap, de medewerker centraal stellen, talentontwikkeling en een heldere organisatiestructuur belangrijke thema’s . Zelf hou ik van een setting waarin termen als resultaatgericht, transparantie, autonomie, verbinding en verantwoordelijkheid (nemen en geven) vanzelfsprekend zijn. Dat is ook de manier waarop ik (coachend) leiding geef. En naast het inhoudelijke en serieuze deel van het werk is er bij mij ook altijd ruimte voor relativeren en humor.
