Enthusiastic and ambitious qualified banker striving to undertake new challenges and to drive the transformation in Financial Services ConsultingI have over nine years of experience in financial services consulting and client relationship management. In my job, I am the contact person for hundreds of clients. I am responsible for clear and precise communication with clients, understanding their needs and working towards a feasible solution that fits the "big picture" and meets the requirements of all parties involved. For more than five years, I have supervised, coached and advised the trainees in the branches where I used to work. During an organisational change, I even had the opportunity to manage a branch, which clearly demonstrates my leadership and coordination skills. Teamwork is also very important to me. In my position as an advisor, it is necessary to work together as a team, across departments and organisations to find the best possible solution.I am curious to learn and take on new challenges, so I am currently completing the M.Sc. in Strategic Management at the Technological University Dublin. The programme prepares me for the demands of strategy and change management in the context of money markets, banking and business in general. I will complete the programme in August 2022. My thesis is on how gamification can be used in Irish banks to enhance their offering while meeting the needs of customers. I chose the topic because I am interested in new technologies and innovation. My previous work experience and various academic experiences demonstrate my expertise in banking, finance and financial services. I hold several professional banking certificates that demonstrate my understanding of the full range of banking activities. My Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance further enhanced this knowledge. In addition, my employer offered me the opportunity to attend a leadership workshop from 2019 to 2021, where I could improve my leadership and project management skills.
