I am a professional with cross-functional and international work experience. Having an educational background in business studies that are rooted in a merchant apprenticeship, I developed a broad working approach from hands-on commercial operations, over project management, to strategic thinking and business development. Over the years of working with an industrial solution provider, I also gained some profound knowledge of technology and process engineering.Today, I am responsible for the strategic portfolio development of the Construction and Infrastructure industry at Rieckermann.I also do the recruitment for our dual students, facilitate workshops from time to time, have worked in a corporate start up on a digital product, 3D printed personalized cufflinks to learn about the technology, researched about how to improve the innovation process in international companies, and participated task forces on the value proposition and marketing strategy at Rieckermann. My journey enabled me to create a strong bond with Asia (mainly SEA, Korea, and China) as I travel there frequently. Growing up in the city of Hamburg, my gate to the world, I am drawing on the guiding principles of the honorable merchant: Being world-open, acting responsibly, playing fair, staying critical, respecting human dignity, and keeping one´s word.
