₋ Establishment and execution of a three pillars strategy: People & Culture, Tools & Processes, Digital Factory₋ Design and implementation of an innovation process, including roles and governance ₋ Establishment of an internal innovation management platform, with international challenge capabilities₋ Co-created an innovation communication plan to support cultural and employee development ₋ Business Relationship Manager with internal BUs: gathering unmet business needs, qualification, and portfolio management₋ Project management: identify underlying hypothesis, building of a learning plan, proof of concept development, project objective assessment and transition to run, external vendor management₋ Monthly C-level reporting₋ Market analysis, research, and benchmarking₋ Identification and analysis of potential emerging technologies and solutions that might help address identified business needs.₋ End-to-end business case building for selected innovation ideas₋ Run proof of concept and pilot projects in close collaboration with internal IT service functions, 3rd party providers, and partners (vendors, start-ups, innovation labs).₋ Lead cross-functional digital innovation projects from idea to scale up and integration into the IT landscape₋ Maintain the portfolio of the IT innovation projects, tools, and ideas backlog₋ Manage the relationships with the innovation ecosystem, external partners, and vendors₋ Support internal innovation community with expertise and be a trusted partner to the business on innovation and digital transformation₋ Contribute to the development of the IT innovation strategy
