In this position my main challenges were guaranteeing the code quality, ensuring the team technical evolution, taking care of the team’s communication and finding the right balance between development effort and business value. As a tech lead I did my best to be as available as I can for my team members and especially the developers, by reviewing, helping to take technical decisions or finding business solutions.I also was on charge of the organization of our Hackathons, Training days and “Beelance academies” which constitute a part of our continuous improvement.

My next goal at Beelance was to evolve as a real full-stack developer and improve my React and global frontend skills. I was still in charge of the backend but also started developing and reviewing frontend features.At the middle of 2020 the goal of becoming Technical Leader appeared with my CTO. During this period I took the new team members onboarding in charge and I did my best to improve my coding and reviewing skills, especially in terms of testing and DDD.

When I joined Beelance the project was on pre-production phase, after a few months the project was released and I quickly became the backend referent when our team lead left, it was a great opportunity for me to improve my skills and to become more confident.In this position my main challenges were to ensure the code quality in our Node and Python APIs but also to take the lead on our database modeling for the incoming features and to keep our infrastructure up and running.During this period I worked in close collaboration with our team’s data scientist.

Internship as a web developer working on a Recruitment Chatbot project using Node.js (Express, Sequelize, Wit.ai), Angular 5, MySQL and SASS.The goal of this project was to allow potential applicants to pass a pre-interview with a chatbot before the face to face interview with a recruiter. There were two main axes on this projet: collecting information and get an overview of the applicant personality.This experience was my first opportunity to work on a real enterprise project from scratch. I'm quite proud of what I achieved in these few months in terms of code quality but mainly in terms of personal evolution.
