Three main components on Lecko's core business process: management / HR, business development and missions / production. ----------------- Role within Lecko --------------------------------Manage Lecko employees, be the HR focal point and ensure team engagement: - Participation in the recruitment and successful integration of newcomers;- Daily HR follow-up of employees; - Communication to the teams and carrying the messages of the Lecko Operational Committee;- Monitoring of employee skills development, well-being and expectations; - Evaluation of employees and monitoring of their development through annual / quarterly interviews. Develop the order book in line with Lecko's strategy- Promotion of Lecko's expertise and offers;- Lead hunting (making yourself visible, developing your network, developing partner relationships...); - Production of proposals; - Sales follow-up with current customers - up/cross selling.Manage the activity: - Ensure the follow-up: internal processes, global staffing plans, monthly reports about production;- Invoices management.

Project management for internal digital transformation issues in complex organizations.Part of Lecko's steering committee and participation to its activities (strategy, business, HR...).In charge of Lecko's Analysis and Design Division (R&D Department) and its activities: - Active watch of the Enterprise Social Networking ecosystem and software analysis;- Studies, states of the art and benchmarks production;- New and innovative consulting methodologies definition and development;- Functional and technical expertise brought to clients;- Graphic & design materials production;- Continuous training of consultants about the Enterprise Social Networking ecosystem and Lecko's expertise;- Continuous familiarization of consultants about Lecko's methodologies roll-out;- Communication about Lecko's expertiseResources: 5 Full-Time Equivalent + occasional consultants helping hands: everyone is part of it!

For me: - Adapt the discourse and popularize the concepts; - Adopt an open posture towards the students to encourage exchange; - Bring continuous dynamism and diversity to the animation (theory and practice) to mobilize the students' attention and get them involved.
