About Brittany Storey, Mba, Shrm-Scp

A career that finds you, has to be meant to be. I never set out on an adventure to become an HR professional, but I gravitated to every aspect of the profession very quickly after college. It is a position that is truly unique each day. I constantly encounter new situations or tasks that are unfamiliar to me. During my time at the RSIC, I have handled various aspects of HR functions, in each of the different roles that I have held or currently hold. I oversee staffing and training, while being the EEO Officer and Benefits Administrator for the agency. My favorite aspect of HR is EEO and Affirmative Action. HR is a profession in which you are continuously learning. I love the challenges that the profession provides as well as the growth, both professionally and personally.
