Experience:- Daily basis:- monitoring day to day log sheet, complaints, equipment details, store stock, daily operations and assigned to team members for responsible task, to update daily duty person to HR and brief to HOD, to monitor daily water and electricity consumption to avoid over the budget. Weakly:- to make one week work progress and submit to department head. To check all the legal documents and requirements and follow up with subcontractors. To make weakly equipment ppm schedule and follow up with team. Monthly:- To make all guest room complaints and general complaints report and submit to head of department. To prepare BRM slides ans submit P & L report to department head for presentation. To follow-up all the invoices and submit to finance, to follow up all the AMC contractors work schedule.
