Clientele interactions & Technical Support:- Interacting with clients to suggest appropirate M/LWD services and tools as per the clients' needs.- Sugessting best course of actions and supported clients in decision making that helped in improving drilling effeciency and service quality.- Providing Technical support to both company representative and field engineers at the rigsite about tool performance and QC procedures.- Providing technical support to clients in devising a safe well plan/trajectory to drill with suitable M/LWD services and finalize with Directional Drillers.- Handling multiple M/LWD tool kits of various assets for various clients by performing timely inventory checks.- Keeping track of QC data of MLWD tools, responsible for well Log data management and storage appropriately. Operations-Base Manager:- Performance & Service Evaluation of M/LWD tools: performing service quality and QC checks before service, while provideing service and after the service been provided.- Field Co-Ordinator: Supporting Field Engineers to troubleshoot in difficult situations, Appropriate on/off Schedule management to field engineers helping in improving service quality and engineers' performances, mobilizing/De-mobilizing suitable M/LWD tools as per clientle interactions to rig site of various assets.- R&M (Repair & Maintainence) support: Performing timely checks on R&M services and quality of M/LWD tools at workshop. Tool turn-outs and Tool Re-run checks to improve service quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities included but not limited to:- Advanced M/LWD training in R&D bases.- Worked as a Lead M/LWD engineer.- Liaising with directional drillers by analyzing the well trajectory to drill safely and according to well plan.- Ran High-end LWD tools such as Sonic and Formation Tester While Drilling (FTWD).- Keeping wary and continuous track of formation data (pressure, gamma, neutron-density porosity, sonic, caliper, Image logs, resistivity, directional surveys and temperature etc.) generated from tools. - Reduced Downtime hours on MWD/LWD by preventing downhole tool failure while working in the field.- Worked at different rigs with diverse teams.- Built, Tested and serviced MLWD tools, and performed QA/QC on logs of M/LWD tools ran downhole.

LWD-I certified Engineer:-Experienced in execution of LWD services which includes Q-BAT for measuring porosity,GeoTap Formation Evaluation while drilling along with CTN Neutron porosity tool, ALD Bulk density tool, DGR Gamma Ray tool , EWR-P4 Resistivity tools ,PWD pressure measurement tool, PCDC directional sensor with Positive Pulse Telemetry systems-Handled and performed services as a Lead LWD Engineer in Mumbai High along with frequent exposure in GSF Explorer for ONGC in K.G Basin along with HOEC in Assam.-Well versed in Vibration mitigation, LWD QC guidelines, Log interpretation,Survey QC, Geospan-Down linking.-Proficiency in supplying the necessary data as per the requirements of the clients.-Good at Testing and assessing the effectiveness, accuracy or safety of new/existing products based on existing safety standards or performance guidelines.-Hands on Experience in analysis of Data management and interpretation.-Proficiency in monitoring of various geological, drilling and Mud parameters in computerized online system.Certified in Radioactive source handling.
