• Set-up the quality system for production operation • Develop and establish standard operating procedure (SOP) & training.• Co-ordinate ISO9001 audits activity (Quality Management System)• Encourages and monitor quality operating system to achieve target and drive for process improvement in the production.• Manage and monitor the performance of SPC (Statistical Process Control) implementation.• Co-ordinate standarization of procedure document and well maintain.• Maintain closely relationship with customer, especially on customer complaint handling, technical support and maintain good communication to achieve customer satisfaction.• Active in improvement team such as QIC, BOSS, ISO, Internal Audit, to give added value in the work process. • Assigned as ERP (Environment Responsible Person) an EHSRP to support balance between production and negative impacts, , to support the establishment of safe and healthy work environment and environmental friendly work culture
