RESPONSIBILITIES* Managing a multidisciplinary team of 6 persons responsible for ordering, logistics, installation, service and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure.* Operational excellence in the entire customer journey from order-to-cash (delivery, installation and commissioning of a charge point).* Contract and SLA management with suppliers (hardware suppliers, installers, logistics and service partners).* Forecasting, ordering and budgeting of hardware.RESULTS* Implementation of a new ERP software package (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) which resulted in several operational cost savings (eg. the lead time for a sales order decreased with 60 days).* Migration of 5 regional warehouses towards 1 central warehouse which resulted in an annual cost savings of EUR 150K. * Improving performance of installers for first-time-right installations with the subsequent result that customer NPS increased with +5.

RESPONSIBILITIES* Building the business in Belgium and developing a sales strategy including price and distribution strategy, product offering, building local sales partnerships and marketing.* Commercial and operational roll-out of a nationwide network of fast chargers located at strategic highway locations.* Set-up overall operations in Belgium, including recruiting staff, renting office, supplier selection, insight in local labor law and regulations.RESULTS* Signed commercial contracts with renowned Belgian companies (Delhaize, Carrefour) for the installation and exploitation of 20 fast chargers at supermarket locations throughout Belgium.* Launched first interoperable charge pass for public charging in Belgium and first provider in the market to offer lease drivers a monthly subscription for financial settlement of their home energy costs. * Established partnership with local company for sales/installation of charge points (ThePluginCompany) and co-developed an offer for a renewable energy contract (Lampiris) in combination with the installation of a charge point. * Gained market share of 20% for the sales of charge points and 65% for the offering of charging services within 3 years after market entrance.

RESPONSIBILITIES* Developing sales propositions for corporate companies aimed to fuel to transition from conventional transportation towards electric mobility.* Creation and execution of promotions and events around the theme of electric mobility to raise awareness and built loyalty amongst potential EV drivers.*Building professional sales department including implementation of sales reporting structure and development of sales toolkit (brochures, templates, presentations).RESULTS* Increased sales conversion as the result of new sales metrics and tools (eg. B2B sales dashboard, individual target setting).* Launch of first electric car-sharing scheme at the WTC Zuidas for employees of ABN AMRO, Accenture and Vesteda.* Organised drive-in movie at Amsterdam Olympic Stadium to promote the introduction of Nissan LEAF. The event gained nationwide publicity and national TV coverage.

RESPONSIBILITIES* Member of the Integration Team Corporate Communications in preparation of the department reorganisation following the ABN AMRO - Fortis Bank Netherlands merger.* Leader of a 9-person strong team of sponsorship and event management professionals.* Restructuring and rationalisation of sponsorships portfolio after Fortis Bank Netherlands became a state-owned bank.* Creation and production of high-profile hospitality events for Corporate and Private Banking customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES* Define and implement corporate sponsorship strategy (annual budget EUR 17.8 mio).* Head of a cross-border team of sponsorship and event management professionals (7 fte) located in Utrecht and Brussels.* Developing framework of sponsorship policies and guidelines for all Fortis entities.* Creation and execution of activation programmes for key sponsorship properties (eg. Feyenoord, Anderlecht).RESULTS* Established synergies in sponsorship spending across Fortis entities resulting in EUR 3 mio savings.* Roll-out of employee programme for Fortis sponsored running events with the participation of 3.000 employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES* Key account management for renowned Dutch brands focussing around sponsorship and events as an integral part of the company's marketing and communication efforts.* Project management and operational execution of a wide variety of sponsorship activation programmes.RESULTS* Operational execution of "Luidsprekerhoed" campagne by Heineken Nederland which was rewarded with multiple marketing and communications awards.
