As Field CTO at Nerdio I've had the privilege to fulfill various roles over the past couple of years, both tech and sales, often combined. While the main focus has primarily been (and still is) on the enterprise product, I was also responsible for our MSP business throughout EMEA during a period of 3.5 years.Nerdio Evangelist - Come up with (new, and preferably original) ways to promote (and grow) our company and portfolio. Present at events and user groups globally.Provide technical expertise and guidance, including product demonstrations, presentations, and solution architecture. Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to understand the features and capabilities of Nerdio's Microsoft Azure solutions and tailor them to meet customer requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise and MSP customers and partners, understanding their business objectives, needs, and technical requirements. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and partners. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the sales engineering function's efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive revenue growth in the enterprise market segment. Introduced and developed the Nerdio Valued Professional (NVP) Community program as well as the Nerdio Tech Insider program.Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps, ensuring partners understand and can efficiently use Nerdio’s Enterprise and/or MSP product features.Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to AVD and EUC. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance Nerdio's offerings and go-to-market strategies. Manage a portfolio of opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management. Drive the sales process from lead qualification to closing deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets - RSM for four years.
