One of my primary responsibilities was to conduct repair and maintenance of monorail gearboxes, radicon gearboxes, and CTC machines. I also performed plumbing and drainage system maintenance to ensure smooth operations of the factory.• Additionally, I was responsible for maintaining standby generators and boilers, ensuring that they were in good working condition at all times. I gained practical experience in operating milling and boring machines, which were essential in the manufacturing process.• As part of my duties, I also serviced monorail drives and participated in the roller meshing process for tea processing. I had the opportunity to assist in repairs and maintenance of water pumps, which involved replacing faulty components and conducting routine maintenance.• During my internship, I developed skills in machining and technical design, which helped me to understand the manufacturing process in greater detail. I also gained proficiency in computer- aided design (CAD) using SOLIDWORKS software, which proved to be a valuable tool in designing and modeling industrial components.• Finally, I learned optimization techniques to improve industrial processes, which involved analyzing production data and identifying areas for improvement.
