# The main duty was to ensure all the room allocations are done accurately as per the guidelines provided by the client.# Need to ensure and take well care while allocating any space to the guest such as it's view , condition or category of the room without fail.# All the policies and procedures needs to be followed while working at the site.# All the arrival room keys and temporary gate passes needs to be placed at the main gate before the guest arrival so that the guest shouldn't face any difficulties or problem upon arrival at the resort.# Need to maintain C Form records on daily basis and have a cross check too. # Ensure proper and in time replies to all the emails from clients with the set standard formats.

# Responsible for reporting to Operations Manager of the Property# The main duty was to carry day to day administration work of the front office.# To maintain the coordination with the other departments regarding problems and complaints arising from the guests.# Assigning the rooms as per guest preference and reservations.# Co-ordinate with the group arrival , departure and their proper billing.# Regular checking of High balance and ensuring follow up is done for the same.

# The duty includes compilation and reviewing of daily and weekly reports, logs, lists , cashiering and closing reports as well.# To ensure that all the things are well prepared in advance to avoid any inconvenience to the guests.# Need to take care of Reservation department or act as a lobby manager whenever required.# To maintain all the books such as Paid out Voucher, Allowance, Receipt, Miscellaneous with accurate serial number.# To ensure that night audit is done properly and the reports are maintained accurately.# To ensure that all the accurate records are maintained and all other departments are informed of arrivals, villa changes, check outs and special arrangements.
