SunDo is a platform that connects farmers and volunteers for meaningful and enjoyable farming assistance. With the SunDo app everyone can find the right activity at the right time and place.I lead a team of 9 people. We raised $2 million in 2018.Formed the company from an idea to a revenue generating operation. Hired the initial team to realize the vision and execute on the mission. Raised initial funding to enable scaled growth in the Israeli target market. Oversaw product development as well as market development. Continued expansion of the team and business towards making SunDo the gold standard in connecting farmers to available labor.

Responsible for the governmental money collection and recruit to the organization (~ 17M NIS)construction of the “Agriculture volunteering council” – leading and guiding the councilwhich enfolds all the organizations which operate volunteers in agriculture. Establishingthe basis for a start-up – daughter company of “Hashomer” organization.

Establishment of a municipal strategic plan , incooperation with municipal educational management team, creation of an interface withvarious managerial bodies in the city ( municipality CEO, economical company CEO,tourism company CEO, non-formal and leisure association CEO and more ) leading theteam of trainers who instruct educational innovation in the schools while creating acommon language , connecting and networking of teachers and head masters.

Outstanding achievements:200% growth in youth movements. Establishment of a meaningful round table amongstall the youth movements, a forum which is still active and operates egalitarian andtransparent division of budgets, requests and common proposals to the Mayor. Creationof communal activity at least twice a year by all youth movements’ representatives.Developing a unique seminar to all the youth movements’ guides: the seminar wasdesigned by the graduate coordinators under my guidance, goals were strengthening ofthe ties of the various youth movements and learning from each other’s advantages andstrengths. Mediating between the movements and other municipal organizations bycreating communication platforms to deepen the connection between the schoolteachers’and the guides by organizing common activities, agriculture farm, municipal library,various associations, welfare department etc .Development of encouragement andexposure platform for high school graduates, to the pre-military volunteering programs(from 0 to 70 graduates this year) establishing one big group out of all the city volunteers,allowing them to get municipal recognition thus participate in various fun experiences aswell as helping the city increase its volunteers’ bank and commit them to municipal tasks.
