Inducting the new joinees about the company policies & procedures- Introducing the joinees with their respective leaders- Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional& operational areas and conducting selection interviews.- Coordinating Joining formalities & - Floating New Internal Job Postings and keeping tracks of the same- Monitoring the span of time required for closing the particular vacancy- Payroll report to finance dept-Raising required requests for resource allocation & generation of system/EMP ID-Performance Appraisal Process & documentation-Providing payroll inputs to the Payroll Dept with respect to Payroll activities-Maintaining the attendance sheets, finalizing the attendance at time of Payment.-Preparing the final Payment Sheet with ESI and PF.-Variable allowance, LTA Reimbursement, Bank A/c details-Generation of Monthly Reports (MIS) for HR review meetings- Preparing Absconding & Resigned Data -Employee Satisfaction Surveys-Coordination of Exit Formalities-Raising request for the Salary Stop of resigned employee-Intimating the resigned employee about the exit formalities-Ensuring the compliance of exit formalities by the employee-Coordinating for the exit interview-Issuing leaving documents-Preparing Exit Analysis on the basis of the exit data
