Vincent is a Senior Partner at Above Green, a built environment consulting company, where he is responsible for company growth and strategy. Over the last 17 years, his talented team of architects, engineers, and project managers have been involved in more than 500 green building projects across 43 of the 50 states.He has previously served as a Research Assistant and Visiting Scholar at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, National Defense University Center for Science and Technology Policy, and Potomac Institute of Policy Studies where he conducted research at the critical intersection of national security policy and technology.He has also formerly served in public leadership roles as Chair of the Economic Development Advisory Committee for Middleburg, Virginia (2014-2018), Chair of the Northern Virginia U.S. Green Building Council (2018-2020), candidate for Mayor of Middleburg, Virginia (2018), and founder of the Preserve Middleburg PAC.
