Responsible below duties in Eznis Airways LLC, Technical Operation Department• Definition of the tooling equipment and material required and adapted to the scope of activity, checking the availability of the tooling/equipment, checking their compliance, and information to the Accountable Manager via Director Technical Operations and Director Safety Security and Quality Assurance in case of deviation.• Implementation of the remedial actions from the supervision carried out by the quality system for related area.• Assessment and management of the maintenance subcontractors.• Definition and launching of contracted maintenance tasks and checking the compliance of the subcontracted tasks.• Schedule of the required maintenance work documents (WC, EO, etc) to the maintenance personnel and collect, review, deliver to the technical records.•• Track and continuously update back to birth traceability data for each aircraft including components• Implementation and control of deferral maintenance policy• Writing and submission of exceptional authorization request to the Quality Assurance.• Plan for the implementation of major maintenance inspections, airworthiness directives, engineering authorizations, fleet campaigns, and Service Bulletins (SBs). Ensure that data used for major repairs, alterations, modifications are approved, and administer airplane weight and balance control.• Production Controlo Monitoring progress of work against the scheduleo Maintenance data collectiono Maintenance data review and distribution of Maintenance Records.• Budgeting and Cost Controlo Maintenance Cost Controlo Develop the annual budget for the M&E Organisation and exercise control over expenditure. Perform quarterly reconciliation of actual expenditures against budgeted amount.
