Ojos started its journey as an e-commerce project that offers its special designs for sale with various textile products. During this process, I took an active role in matters such as investment, research, installation, printing management and creation of designs.

At Tofaş Factory, I played a crucial role in maintaining the quality of meal production, ensuring that 8000 portions met our high standards daily. I ensured that BRC and IFS standards were rigorously implemented throughout all stages of production. Leading a team of over 130 staff members, I closely supervised operations to ensure adherence to quality procedures.Additionally, I played a key role in improving transparency and accountability by contributing to monthly reporting and documentation processes. Together with my quality team, it received successful results from 3 different internal and external audits.Furthermore, I conducted practical training sessions and delivered presentations on occupational and food safety to equip our team members with essential skills and knowledge.

I provided graphic design and photography services to more than 20 companies at the agency I worked for. I promoted it by participating in festivals and fairs. I prepared physical marketing designs such as subway, billboard and bus back wraps.

I worked as an assistant in matters such as animal shaving, vaccination and care.

During my internship in food engineering, I conducted fundamental food analyses and gained valuable experience in laboratory procedures. Additionally, I handled data processing tasks efficiently, contributing to the overall research process.
