I have a vast array of experience working with Customer Service and Pet Care. My work has always been centered around building long lasting client relationships. I love working with other people and animals, and am always looking for ways to grow and expand my knowledge. I have 25 years experience in the pet industry, along with owning four pet related businesses in that time. Being a business owner has helped me excel in data analysis, account management, digital marketing, team leadership, and all that entails retail customer satisfaction: customer acquisition, customer experience, and customer retention.I previously owned a pet sitting business before acquiring the Pet Nutrition Center. I graduated from California State University San Marcos in 2004 with a BS in Biology. My degree has served me well in the pet industry, helping to determine the quality of products I wanted to carry in my stores. This has enabled me to educate my staff and customers about the quality of products I curated in my retail locations.I served on the Board of Directors of Canine Angels Service Teams for over 10 years, and served as Secretary until 2017. I was able to collaborate with product vendors to collect raffle baskets to support CAST at their annual Fido Fun Fest Fundraiser each year. I also served as Treasurer for the Fallbrook Chorale, where I was a member for nine years. I also served as Secretary and Treasurer for BNI, Business Networking and Referrals International, from 2005-2010.
