As a recognized industry leader Mr. Jeremy Bates was recruited to serve as the CEO at Loadestone, the next medium of digital media consumption. He comes to the role from his third start-up, Homemaide, which he founded and whose founding team was acqui-hired by Walmart Labs ($1.6B in net revenue/day, +1.1B MAU).Prior Jeremy led software dev teams at Prudential (acquired by Berkshire Hathaway in 2012) and Wellington. Mr. Bates was then recruited to lead teams that built major initiatives in mortgage & finance markets at FHA. After which he led Affordable Care Act product teams who negotiated with governors, state and federal legislators on their state demo's (+$90B).Prior, Jeremy led research with Harvard's Dr. Clayton Christensen, the father of the theory of disruptive innovation, which resulted in the publication of Disrupting Class: How Disruptive Innovation Will Change the Way the World Learns, the NYT bestseller. Mr. Bates authored extensive research on risk and innovation. Several of these were published and many were funded by the National Institute of Health (NIH), the Department of Justice (DOJ). Mr. Bates’ product dev leadership includes serving as the cofounder of Analytic Enterprises where within just-in-time manufacturing, he converted demand signal-driven supply chain (DDSC) data into predictive models and shipped +50 Direct to Consumer (DTC) consumer packaged goods (CPG) which grossed +$50B worldwide.
