Through these roles, I’ve developed strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. At the call center, I honed my ability to manage customer queries and resolve issues efficiently, while my time as a store assistant taught me the importance of teamwork, attention to detail, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. My role in medical marijuana research facilitation exposed me to the regulatory landscape and ethical considerations within an emerging industry, deepening my interest in law and policy.Now, I am focused on blending my practical experience with my legal studies to pursue a career in law, where I aim to apply my skills in advocacy, research, and compliance.
