I am a Resilience Coach and Speaker who specialises in mindfulness, technology addiction, youth, parenting, and workplace support. I am also a facilitator for Papaya Parents, a charity helping families to thrive in the digital age. I run talks and courses in primary and secondary schools, the workplace, and over venues. I have recently re-released my non-fiction book, Resilient Teen. It is written for adolescents struggling with stress, anxiety, anger, or low self-esteem. My re-release also includes a parents chapter to help them navigate the adolescent years.
