• Responsible for placement services; assisting clients in job searching, planning and placement, working directly with employers to achieve placement program goals. • Matches individual's background, skills, and interests with job openings. Prepares candidate for interviews and entry into the workforce. • Initiates and maintains working relationships with employers to secure employment opportunities for our clients. • Facilitate orientations, recruitment of clients, group activities related to employment, and job training workshops.• Effectively organize and manage caseload of clients and their job search activities, specifically with Workforce One.• Maintain client confidentiality including, but not limited to• Developed a Business Collaborative Committee to improve brand image and knowledge of various resources in HIRED's toolbox; as well as facilitating employee retention committee called the Sunshine Committee within four months of employment.

• Provided supervision of students during classes and meal times in the cafeteria at a German Immersion after school program. • Provided clerical support such as taking daily attendance, recording daily lunch counts, and more. • Teaching life skills, German, and offering educational strategies to create a positive relationship with students, parents and their families.• Engaged children in school grades K-8 in activities and assisted with homework help; led summer camp activities including crafts, field trips and sports.

• Assisted and worked directly with clients by identifying critical information, interpreting that information and giving clients assistance and service as needed. Processed complaints and made appropriate referrals on a broad variety of public safety matters, that often required referencing to or memorizing detailed reference materials and standard operating procedures, including databases, maps, telephone listings, privacy regulations, HIPAA and other resources.• Received and processed requests and paperwork from law enforcement, Fire/EMs and other public service personnel over the phone, radio, fax and internet.
