 From 08th July 21 to Till Date working In MEGHA Engineering as Lead Quality, for construction of On shore Rigs at Kakinada for the Client ONGC Project name 27 Rigs ONGC. Scope of Work: -5 No’s 2000 HP Onshore Rigs Capacity and SIT (System integrity Test- verifying the integrity of fabricated Mast, Sub structure and Crown block with equipment such as TOP Drive, Cat walk, Stringer, Iron Rough neck etc.)Nature of work include• Participating API 4F Audits for fabrication part and preparing documentation as per API requirement.• Closing of API Audit Observations and Monitor the work as per API and Client requirements.• Preparation and Verifying of Documentation as per API Q1 Certification, • Preparation of Manufacturer Record Book as per API and Client Requirements.• Conducting weekly meetings Setting targets and Verifying works with respect to set targets.• Continuous Monitoring of site works as per the Project requirements.• Conducting random Audits to the subcontractors and high lightening the lapses effecting successful completion of project.

From 02th May 2018 to Jul 2021 working In Al Turki Enterprises LLC, Oman as QA Engineer for EPC works for Ad Duqm for Client OGC (Oman Gas Company) Scope of Work: - Quality Control Team lead for the project havingA) Pipeline 15.5Kms (8.8 Kms 32” and 6.8 Kms 18 “). B) Construction of New Group Gathering Station, Refinery Piping and Marafique Piping. Nature of work include• Follow up of documentation for Mechanical Completion based on CCMS (Construction Completion Monitoring System) , System and Subsystem Check sheets• Attending Weekly QA QC meeting with Client.• Continuous Monitoring of site works as per the Project requirements.• Conducting random Audits to the subcontractors and high lightening the lapses effecting successful completion of project.• Review of vendor QA QC Documents for modules before submitting to Client.• Representing Company in Pre-Inspection meetings.• Preparation of WPS for Cross country pipe Line for X65 Material as per API 1104 and Piping as per ASME B 31.3 (30 No’s).• Review of Vendor WPS’s and NDT Procedures.• Preparation of Site Procedures, ITP’s and Method statements and co-ordinating client for approval.

From 08th February 2016 to till date working In Reliance industries limited, Jamnagar as Lead Engineer in QA QC for the J3 Expansion project. Nature of work include• Leading Quality control team for construction of Train 2 and 3 (60 thousand Inch Dia each) of PX4.• Lead hydro testing team, for witness of Hydro testing of Phase-1 of PX4 as per RIL Specifications.From 01st February 2014 to 08th February 2016 working In Reliance industries limited as Lead Engineer in QA QC for the Project OTBC (Onshore terminal Booster Compressor) Representing QA QC Department In handling over of piping loops and corresponding documentation to Operations team. Working experience in Brown Field work, liaison with Operations and maintenance in obtaining permit to work. Monitoring Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities of Contractor and ensure fabrication activity is carried as Per the Project specifications of Reliance. Conducting regular audits Verification of piping test packs and carryout inspection activities for Mechanical Clearance of hydrotest. Representing Construction Team in obtaining Permits in PTW (Permit to work) meetings with operations team. Review of Welding procedure specifications and see that procedures were prepared complying the requirements of Specifications. Conducting weekly Quality walkthrough along with other Department Heads and pointing out the lapses if any and suggesting necessary corrections. Guiding the Contractor In preparation of piping and Structural dossier’s as per the specifications of the Company. Verifying NDT activities (RT, UT, MPT & PT and PWHT activities) and see that ongoing works is meeting the schedules of the project. Preparation of project close out report. Preparation of reconciliation report for closure of project.

From 09th October 2010 to till date working in Bureau Veritas as QA QC Manager in Hydro Carbon Division for the project ARP group A at Assam.  Guiding the Team of QA QC, Radiography agency, joint coating and boring agency as per the project requirement. Involved in Deputing manpower for QA QC Activities. Involved In preparing/ reviewing procedures for cross-country pipe lines, installation piping and structural, renovating and new tanks as per the Project and Site Conditions. Guiding in preparation of pipe Book Part A and part B for Cross country pipie Line. Leading a team of around 50 members and guiding them as per the work load. Involved in Construction of Cross country pipe line and Oil Storage Tanks.

 Deputed to projects like Sterlite Energy limited (Power Plant of Vedanta), Vedanta Smelter plant, Simhagiri power Plant and ONGC Projects. Day-to-Day inspection activities to various reputed companies such as BHPV, Schlumberger, International Tubular Services, Halliburton, etc. Ensuring that the offered inspection is as per customer specifications. Day to day inspection activities involve in witnessing the Destructive and non destructive testing, Weld Visual, and review of Q.C related documents as per the Client requirement.  Preparation of the Certificates and Invoices for the inspected items and follow up for the same. Visiting in around Companies for market expansion and also to create awareness for In-House Trainings (OSHAS, TS Internal Audits) and ISO Certifications. Visiting in around Companies for market expansion

From 15th June 2008 to August 2009 Worked as Engineer in Quality Control Department working for construction of Perl Shell GTL at Ras Laffan and also worked in projects of Ras Raffan Olefin project and Qatlum through the company Descon Engineering Qatar LLC. Representing Q.A / Q.C for the company during interaction with the client and accompanying the client during Quality Audits. Coordinating with Third party for Inspection related activities. Review of Daily Welding progress before submission to the client. Inspections of Test pack welding. Inspection of Reinstatement packages. Review of repair RT films, tracing the location of repairs and guiding the welder to do necessary action for removal of repair. Guiding the QC team for Inspection of day to day activities of welding with respect to the requirement of the client. Conducting Training Classes and training the welders as per the requirement job. Conducting Tool box talks and guiding the workers for better quality. Guiding welder as per requirement of job.

From 2nd April 2007 to 15th June 2008 Worked in Indian Register of Shipping, Visakhapatnam (IRS Vizag) as Engineer in Projects Wing. Day to day inspection activities involve in witnessing the Destructive and non destructive testing, Weld Visual, galvanising coating inspection and review of Q.C related documents as per the Client requirement.  Preparation Of the Certificates and Invoices for the inspected items and follow up for the same. Inspection of pressure vessel (Moulded Storage bullets) for HPCl Rajahmundry. Inspection activities related to CS Gate Valves of dia 6’’, 8 “, 10 “and 14’’ as per the Relevant API Standards and Clients requirement. Witness of electrode approval tests (Tensile, yield, Elongation and Nick break test). Qualification tests for welders and performance of procedure qualification tests as per the customer Specifications. Inspection of performance of loading and unloading cranes ( EQ 8 & EQ 9 ) at HSL, Vizag.  Audition of IOCL and IBP retail outlet’s of in Andhra Pradesh and Orissa as per the requirements of the Client. Carried out Electrical inspection such as commissioning test of 11KVA panels. Ensuring that the manufacturing process runs efficiently & effectively and the product is prepared as per customer specifications.
