• Having responsibility on managing department budget for all food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, services, insurances, renting, constructions, equipment needs purchasing and importing for Huqqa, Gal (Ex The Galliard), Huqqabaz, Huqqabaz Garden and Urla Restaurants under Q Food & Beverage hood.• Had taken responsibility from zero to hundred for 3 different concepts launching to UAE market within all CAPEX roles- Executing procurement strategies regarding to market dynamics and brands needs- Tracking all existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure all is on-going feasible- Tracking cost control and improving them in sku bases- Working on new cost models and enhancing efficiency- Tracking and monitoring market prices and to optimizing purchasing;- Developing relationships with existing and new vendors to on-board them in new project delivery models;- Developing deep scope understanding and managing contracting and project delivery risks;- Negotiating with suppliers to achieve the best total cost of ownership- Improve efficiency of tendering process for each venues separately;- Management of payments and reporting on cash flow forecasts and other contractual KPIs; and

• Purchasing and department budget management to supply over than 1400 SKUs at Food &Beverage, alcoholic drinks, office supplies, renting and also dealing for services direct and indirect all needs for Allpoints Group that has 6 different brands 50 branchs located in 7 different cities in Turkey including Midpoint, Welldone, Kırıntı, Bi Daha Meyhane, Akbabalı Meyhane and Poco Loco.- Analyzing for all procurements on daily, monthly and annually basis.- Seeking for new suppliers, producers and negotiating and dealing them if they are sufficient- Analyzing suppliers and producers for developing them to enrich our brands- Bidding and contracting for all products and services- Develop strategies to make sure that cost savings and supplier performance targets are met or exceeded- Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities- Keep a constant check on stock levels- Evaluate bids and make recommendations, based on commercial and technical factors- Developing, leading and executing purchasing strategies and analyse exists- Tracking for all 47 branches periodic maintenances and repair needs- Managing all venues’ stocking in warehouses, kitchens and mini-storehouses- Stocktaking in monthly for full scope or sampling- Improving all receipts regarding to seasonal price advantages

• Had a leader role for EDI transfer implementation project in Trenydyol-Tuzla/Tepeören Warehouse• Planned new built warehouse’s stock placing for productivity and profitability regarding to contamination risks• Analyzed and improving process for warehouse operations• Area using maximizations for warehouse fulfilling productivity
