Batool, holding a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) from Kuwait University since 2007, has accumulated extensive experience over 14 years at The National Council for Culture, Arts, and Literature, where she passionately focuses on delivering outstanding heritage practices, with particular emphasis on heritage documentation, urban spatial analyses, and the planning of Heritage Management Conservation projects. As the Executive Director and Chief Curator of the Ahmadi Cultural Platform, she has implemented cultural heritage conservation policies and sustainable development strategies for various Kuwaiti heritage sites, notably securing the nomination of Ahmadi township as an Urban Heritage Landscape in the World Heritage List. Additionally, Batool serves as an Associate Educator and Lecturer of heritage conservation at The College of Architecture, while also practicing architecture as a freelancer. Her contributions extend to research leadership, exemplified by her role as a research team leader for the Kethra project, representing Kuwait in the 13th International Architecture Exhibition, and her participation in the "Al Thulth Al-Akheer" lecture series. Batool is also a certified member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
