-Work closely with the General Manager in setting work plan (technically) and give the required support and assistance.-Supervising every project set by the management with other team leaders on a daily basis and ensuring the desired outcome is achieved. -Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, coordinate meetings and ensure team members adherence to deadlines.-Responsible to track project changes and produce updated status report to the General Manager.-Manage training of all company personnel on the system.-To promote quality achievement and performance improvement through the organization.-To initiate, develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.-Handle complains and report it to the concerned person and ensure the matter is resolved to the best interest of all parties in an acceptable time frame.

-Acting as a team leader/supervisor in planning daily work flow among manpower.-Ensure that workload is properly distributed and attended to between 5-6 team members.-Assist the Claims Manager in achieving the company financial objectives. -Coordinate with the Underwriting unite & department head to resolve claims on exceptional basis.-To audit, input and approve claims (Direct billing & reconciliation) within defined authority limits.-Ensure that claims are approved & settled according to the department guidelines & quality standards.-Ensure proper documentation of claims.-Assist in inspecting incoming claims and ensuring completeness of documents received.-Conduct and hand over weekly reports, to departmen head. -Prepare and conduct the training programme for a new staff/trainee. -Responsible of handling/managing the direct customer line ‘hotline’.
