• Works with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude training courses held. • Monitor, follow up and supervise any Saudization training program in UMA departments of responsibility. • A Mentor to new Saudi employees in departments of responsibility. • Coordinate training schedules and activities for staff with Training Providers / GM Academy ME. • Amend and revise programs, enrollments, and schedules as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of staff and make sure targets are fulfilled. • Participate in TNA and investigate needs for Staff and departments.• Run effective induction programs for new staff, and act as an orientation partner when needed. • Conduct appraisals, and evaluations for staff periodically and as per training policy. • Keep track of training records on HR System/ LMS / DMS

• Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Talent Development activities related to essential and soft skills, and language skills. • Lead and guide trainees to develop new skills, or language acquisition that will enhance their work by delivering training programs in coordination with ZLI’s training plan in accomplishing the organization’s mission, vision, and bold goals.• Work closely with Talent Development Advisor to create or revise T&D curricula, including course outline, course instructional plans, learning objective evaluation, and assessment/test measurement documents.• Identify training needs and training gaps in the organization in close cooperation with the T&D Advisor(s) and line manager(s)• Design, develop, update, and deliver professional quality presentations and training materialsto include classroom training, workbooks, job aids, quick reference guides, webinars, videos,and eLearnings. • Select appropriate instructional methodologies such as individual coaching, group instruction, self-study, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role play, and computer-based training.• Monitor and evaluate trainee's progress and development by implementing an evaluation anda proficiency assessment process that is consistent with company appraisal, developmental andfeedback standards.• Read given material and research industry-specific terminology• Translate essential skills courses from English to Arabic or vice versa.• Proofread translated texts for grammar, spelling, and punctuation accuracy• Provide support for the department colleagues, and team members with their needs• Perform special projects as needed and deemed necessary for thethe success and development of the department

• Train non-native English-speaking learners of various abilities and levels in a vocational occupational health and safety context.• Explain and shed light on the Saudi Labor law articles to students • Participate in the development of the course curriculum and the production of high-quality teaching and learning resources, including resources in electronic formats.• Integrate and use technology to enhance trainees' learning.• Develop lesson plans, course outlines, and teaching and learning plans in accordance with Lincoln college practices.• Instruct students individually and in groups, using various teaching methods such as lectures, discussions, and demonstrations.• Maintain records of trainees achievements and reporting results of trainees assessments
