I took on the role to be a data-driven sparring partner to the coordinators and creatives behind the growing marketing channel of ABOUT YOU Live Shopping that included:• Being a data-driven sparring partner for both targeted (creator-level), and strategic (country-level) decisions.• Pro-actively bringing data-driven insights for potential improvements of the country specific processes to the Live Shopping Team.• Providing re-active analysis in targeted and specific cases to identify systemic and/or incidental causes of positive or negative deviation of tracked KPIs from the expectation.• Reviewing and challenging of the KPI structure to further enhance the precision and effectiveness of monitoring countries’ performances over time.• Utilising Excel, Google Sheets, and Google’s Lookerstudio’s dashboard capabilities to derive and visualise insights.Over the 6 months I:• Delivered 3 country, and show-type specific detailed deep-dive analyses.• Led 5 monthly performance review meetings, including the preparation of the slide deck, stakeholder management, and proposing follow-up analyses and key points when relevant. • Conducted 12+ weekly Live Shopping reviews, these are lighter, forward-looking meetings to gauge expectations for the upcoming period of 7 days.• Prepared the slide deck and corresponding analyses of the full-year budget review of 2023/24 for senior management and functional leadership.• Developed 1 Excel tool for targeted, individual creator performance analysis to simplify the gathering and understanding of data that is related to individual creators.• Executed the handover of projects, analyses, and developed tools with exhaustive documentation.

I had a fruitful 2 years in an international program for young talents to fast-track their career to management through multiple rotations in different business and operational segments to gain a holistic overview of Danish Crown.
