Started Atlan as my first Full-Time job and has been a great learning experience ever since.In terms of the roles and responsibilities, I am part of the customer success team and work closely towards the customers and the internal product development team.Everyday Responsibilities include:1- Working directly with the users at the client end to help them achieve a win over the daily expectations from the Data Governance product that Atlan had build.2- Working closely with the Product Development Team internally to pre-empt upcoming enhancements and planning future product roadmap.3- Working towards potential customer POC's aiming for successful use case implementation aiding the Sales and Strategy team to convert customers.4- Working towards customer support to help existing users pass the daily blockers and enable them for smoother data governance.

Unilever has been a great experience for me to start out as my first professional experience. Core KPI of my period here was to work with the cloud infrastructure team of HUL to build a Datalake platform with one of the leading data governance companies in India.With core knowledge application around various AWS services and understanding the integrations with OpenSource tools like Apache Airflow and PrestQuery Engine, I was working towards creating the Datalake platform for HUL.Daily Key activities involved:1- Understanding HUL's internal data applications to build data pipelines for all internal data to flow to the AWS Datalake. (Business Analytics)2- Working with Business and IT stakeholder to understand business data significance to create business-ready Data Catalogs on top of the Datalake. (Data Analytics with SQL ETL)3- Creating Data workflows for various Business-IT collab use-cases to perform data analytics.
